Katie Willis heads up our event management team and does an excellent job too!  She joined Epicurus in 2001 on work experience and never left!  A born organiser, Katie oversees and manages all aspects of our events from simple coordination of lunch bookings to the organisation and management of large events such as weddings, dinners, parties and corporate events. We have excellent suppliers in the following areas and can organise just about anything you may need for your event;  Audio Visual, Staging & Lighting, Generators, Florists, Marquees, Entertainment, Event Security, Ice Sculptures, Photographers & Cocktail Flair Bar Tenders to name a few.

Despite primarily looking our Event Management Department, Katie has also passed her Advanced Food Hygiene qualifications, has a Personal License to sell alcohol and has also completed her Chartered Institute of Health Trainers Certificate which enables her to teach food hygiene qualifications.  She has implemented and manages the Epicurus food safety (HACCP) system.  What a busy girl!
