Delivery & Cancellation Policies

 

DELIVERY
We operate a small fleet of vans that deliver across the North East region on a daily basis. When placing an order with Epicurus Events please bear in mind the following points;

  • There will now be a minimum food order requirement of £40 (the equivalent of 8 guests at £5 per head) to go into central Newcastle. Orders less than £40 will be charged £20 to cover delivery transport costs.
  • Delivery charges for hired equipment can be sought from our office.
  • Our drivers will liaise with you on delivery as to a suitable time to collect the dirty equipment etc.
  • Customers should be aware that any Epicurus equipment left at an event remains their responsibility until collection by our staff. Loss of plates, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses, linen and any other equipment of ours will be billed at replacement cost.

EPICURUS EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our production process, orders can only be cancelled if you inform us by 09.30 the day BEFORE the event. We regret that any orders cannot be cancelled after this time and will be delivered and invoiced as per usual.
